High-Lites is a family owned, hemp cigarette business. Our hemp is grown in New Mexico then rolled in rice paper with a biodegradable filter. We then package it by hand in Arizona. Our mission is to provide a natural and healthier alternative to cigarettes and other substances. High-Lites hemp rolls provide a calming effect to the mind and body, and also a touch of creativity and inspiration due to the Sativa properties in our hemp.
